There are no packages on this page. Software pricing tiers are mostly theatre — they either overcharge the simple project or under-scope the hard one. Here is how we actually structure engagements, and what genuinely moves the number.
Engagement shapes / 01
Most projects start with the first and move to the second. The third is for teams that need capacity rather than a project.
Fixed fee, fixed duration
A short engagement that ends with written scope, an architecture direction, a delivery sequence and acceptance criteria. Priced as one fixed amount because the work is bounded and we know what it takes. You can take the output to any team — including one that is not us.
Priced per agreed increment
A release is broken into increments with defined acceptance criteria, and each is quoted before it starts. You approve the next increment knowing what the last one cost and produced, rather than committing to one number for work nobody can see the end of.
Monthly retainer
Ongoing capacity for teams that need continuity rather than a project. A fixed monthly cost for an agreed allocation, reviewed on a regular cycle so it tracks what you actually need.
Cost drivers / 02
If you want a cheaper project, these are the levers. Cutting the design budget is rarely the most effective one.
The single biggest factor. A well-understood workflow costs a fraction of one nobody has written down yet, which is why discovery usually pays for itself.
Every system you must talk to adds surface area — and the cost is dominated by how well that system is documented, not by how many there are.
Moving history from an old system is routinely underestimated. Messy source data is a project in itself.
Requirements around retention, permissions, audit trails or certification change the architecture, not just the checklist.
A functional interface and a considered one are different budgets. Both are legitimate; they are not the same work.
Web, iOS and Android are three delivery surfaces. Cross-platform reduces that cost; it does not remove it.
