Services / Teslian Tech

Software services organised around the outcome you need.

Six delivery groups covering product strategy and interface design, web platforms, mobile products, business systems, AI and data engineering, and cloud modernization. Every engagement starts from the business problem, not a technology list.

Capability map / 01

What each group solves.

Read the problem statement first. If it describes your situation, the deliverables underneath are what a Teslian engagement in that group produces.

01

Product & Experience

The idea is real but the shape is not. Requirements conflict, scope keeps moving and nobody agrees what version one is.

  • Product definition and scope
  • User and workflow research
  • Information architecture
  • Interactive prototypes
  • Design system and UI kit

02

Web Platforms

The website loads slowly, is hard to edit, and does not turn interest into enquiries or orders.

  • Marketing and content platforms
  • E-commerce and marketplaces
  • Booking and payment workflows
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals work
  • Editorial and CMS tooling

03

Mobile Products

Customers or field teams need to work from a phone, and a responsive website is no longer enough.

  • Cross-platform apps
  • Native iOS and Android builds
  • Offline-aware workflows
  • Push, location and device integrations
  • Store submission and release process

04

Business Systems

Operations run on spreadsheets and disconnected tools, so reporting is late and accountability is unclear.

  • ERP and CRM platforms
  • Inventory, billing and POS systems
  • Role-based portals and approvals
  • Operational reporting
  • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture

05

AI & Data

Repetitive work consumes the team, and the data needed to make decisions sits in systems that do not talk to each other.

  • Workflow automation with human review
  • Model and API integration
  • Document and data extraction
  • Pipelines and warehousing
  • Traceability and audit trails

06

Cloud & Modernization

An existing system still earns money but is fragile, expensive to change and risky to deploy.

  • System and architecture assessment
  • Staged migration planning
  • API and microservice extraction
  • CI/CD and environment setup
  • Monitoring, backup and recovery

Engagement models / 03

A working shape for every stage.

Choose a focused engagement without losing visibility, ownership or technical discipline.

01 / DISCOVERY SPRINT

Define before you build.

A short, fixed engagement that produces scope, architecture direction, delivery stages and acceptance signals you can take to any team.

02 / PRODUCT DELIVERY

Ship a complete increment.

A cross-functional path from UX and architecture through implementation, testing, launch and handover for one agreed release.

03 / ENGINEERING PARTNER

Extend capability with accountability.

Ongoing engineering for teams that need continuity, specialist skills and visible progress against a shared backlog.

Questions / 04

Before the first call.

The answers teams usually need while comparing software partners.

Which service should I start with if I am not sure what I need?

Start with a discovery sprint. It clarifies the problem, the users, the constraints and the delivery sequence before anyone commits to a build budget.

Can Teslian take over an existing product or codebase?

Yes. The first step is a technical and product assessment so modernization can be staged without breaking business flows that already work.

Do design and engineering come together or separately?

They can be separate, but they work better together. Product definition, UX, architecture and engineering share the same requirements and acceptance criteria.

How is a technology stack chosen?

The architecture is decided first from ownership, change rate, integration needs and operating reality. The stack follows that decision rather than the other way round.

Who owns the source code and product assets?

Ownership, repository access, third-party licences and handover responsibilities are defined in the engagement terms before delivery begins.
