2. Refund Policy
a) Software Development Services

Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has started.

Refund eligibility depends on project progress and completed milestones.

Customized software and digital development services are generally non-refundable due to resource allocation.
b) Subscription Services
For SaaS platforms or recurring subscriptions:

Users may cancel anytime.

Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods unless required by law.

Access remains available until subscription expiration.
c) Mobile App Purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store)
All in-app purchases or subscriptions made through:

are processed by the respective platform.
Refund requests must be submitted directly through:

Teslian Tech does not control store billing decisions.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Lack of device compatibility

Completed digital delivery or activated licenses
4. Exceptional Refunds

5. Refund Processing Time
