About the Client
Funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), teslian tech designed and developed the mobile application for Holding Company for Water and Wastewater (HCWW), with the name of (125) as thier hotline number.
The application serves as:
– Providing a platform for knowledge dissemination to citizens on sustainable water and wastewater management practices;
– Improving the communication flow between water and wastewater suppliers and end users. Citizens all over Egypt are able to send complaints and suggestions based on their GPS location and the company customer service dedicated line responds back.
– Citizens are able to pay their water consumption bill through the application as we are integrated with a payment gateway.
– HCWW uses the application as a two way communication sharing with their clients news, and information on water consumption as well as sending notifications on water shortage areas with date and time.
